We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Process Analyst to join our team. You will play a critical role in defining, optimizing, and maintaining our core business processes. This position requires a blend of process methodology expertise, data analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT teams in an Agile environment. You will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions and continuous improvement.

This role covers following activities

• Leading the organization and contribution to defining standard, scalable and efficient business processes utilizing relevant data
• Documenting processes clearly and concisely including process maps, workflows etc.
• Proactively indetifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of dashboards in Power BI to track key process metrics.
• Transforming raw data into meaningful insights and visualizations.
• Collaborating closely with IT teams in an Agile environment to implement process changes.
• Participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospective meetings.
• Traslating business requirements into technical specifications for IT development.
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote process adoption.

Your profile

• Fluent English is mandatory in C1 level
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in process design and/or business process improvement
• Strong understanding of process modeling & improvement techniques - BPMN, Lean Six Sigma
• Proficiency in dala analysis tools, particularly in Power BI (or similar visualization software)
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable and innovative approach is really welcomed
