Exciting Opportunity for IT Support Engineers in Prague!

We're hiring IT Technicians and Support Engineers for various roles including L1/L2 Support, Service Analysts, and Infrastructure Technicians. Work with cutting-edge technologies and solve complex challenges, providing exceptional user experiences!

Key Responsibilities:

Support & Troubleshooting: Installation, setup, and issue resolution for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
IT Infrastructure: Assist with hardware/software support, OS troubleshooting, and network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP).
Smart Hands: Assist with peripheral and network hardware setup, including routers, switches, firewalls, and more.
Client Interaction: Provide top-tier support for internal teams and clients, while adhering to ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request).

Skills & Requirements:

3+ years' experience in IT support.
Strong communication skills in Czech and English.
Knowledge: Active Directory, wireless networks, tablet support, antivirus/antispyware, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with tools and systems: Handling of software, OS, and hardware issues.
Work Ethic: Ability to meet deadlines and handle tasks under pressure.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
