Supply & Internal Production Planner

Please note that this position is based in Prague and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered.

In this role as Supply & Internal Production Planner, you will plan and coordinate production, capacity, and rework activities across internal and external sites while ensuring alignment with demand, logistics, and cross-functional teams.

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

• Display Planning: Take ownership of display production planning in close alignment with Demand Planning, Sales, Production, Marketing, and Logistics (3PL)
• Rework Coordination: Plan, commission, and track packaging changes, assemblies, and other rework activities while keeping an eye on capacities, timelines, and priorities
• Production Overview: Create and maintain a transparent production overview, ensure prioritization, and drive on-time completion
• Capacity Alignment: Coordinate with internal and external production sites to assess capacities, identify bottlenecks, and find solutions
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement, CCSD, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution
• Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor order status, open orders (OOH), and report relevant KPIs to management

Your story so far:

• Degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable field
• Experience in production or supply planning, ideally in an international environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a good sense of prioritization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
• Confident user of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
