Sales Representative at TORSUS and Pulsar Expo offers a unique role in the dynamic automotive industry. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving the sales of our off-road vehicles.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the automotive sector, heavy-duty vehicle, or similar industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong understanding of automotive products, including technical specifications, and the ability to effectively communicate this to customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients at all levels.
• Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals in a professional and mutually beneficial manner.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to overcome challenges.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Native Czech speaker and professional English level.
Job Responsibilities
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads to drive sales.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Torsus products, including their technical features and benefits, and effectively communicate this to potential clients.
• Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships. Close deals successfully, ensuring profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer information in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on sales progress and forecasts for the management.
• Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment in messaging, positioning, and customer feedback.
• Travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities. Travel may include both domestic and international trips, depending on the market.
