We are looking for you as a consultant (m/f/d) in project management with focus in Marketing/Sales. With us, you can expect varied project experience at the world's largest automotive manufacturer, in which you will actively shape the digital transformation in the automotive industry.

Our Consulting business area was founded in 2020 as an internal consulting partner for the Volkswagen Group. Our focus is on the implementation and further development of existing strategies.

With our motivated consultants (m/f/d), we are mainly represented in Germany at the Braunschweig, Wolfsburg, Berlin and Ingolstadt locations. Other international representative offices are located in Portugal (Lisbon), Spain (Valencia) and Poland (Poznan). In order to further expand our services, we are looking for Consultants (m/f/d) in project management for our location in the Czech Republic (Prague & Mlada Boleslav).

Your tasks in detail

• Evaluate and develop brand partnerships and cooperation projects.

• Design and continuously improve processes for existing collaborations.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Prepare presentations and documentation using MS Office and other tools (e.g., SAP).

• Contribute creative ideas to sub-projects, in collaboration with agencies or independently.

• Coordinate internal workflows and communication with external partners.

• Ensure quality, consistency, and a positive reputation of the projects.

• Independently drive project execution and strategic development. Projekte.

You will identify and manage the consulting needs of existing and future customers

Your Profile

· Studies in the field of economics, humanities or natural sciences or comparable training

· Relevant professional experience in the management of projects as well as experience in the technical management of junior consultants/project managers is an advantage

· Professional experience working in agile environments, certification as Scrum Master is required (alternative SAFe)

· Strong communication skills, customer orientation as well as moderation and presentation skills

· Very good English skills and intercultural competence round off your profile

· Independent, result-oriented and structured way of working.

· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
