Junior Business Process Consultant – IT Service Management / Agile Delivery

We are seeking a Junior Business Process Consultant (BPC) to join our ServiceNow delivery center. In this role, you will contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of IT service management processes and digital platforms.

While prior ServiceNow experience is not required, you should have a background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and experience working in Agile delivery teams. You will support requirement gathering, process documentation, and user story creation, and you may also act as a Scrum Master to facilitate ceremonies and support agile practices within the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to build skills in ServiceNow consulting, agile delivery, and process management and would like to to work for different companies and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior and medior consultants in analyzing business processes and translating them into platform requirements. Conduct or assist in workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.
• Help document process flows, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Creation and refinement of user stories within Agile delivery.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives) as a Junior Scrum Master.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure requirements are clear and testable.
• Support testing, UAT preparation, and training materials for end users.
• Contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Service Management, Business Analysis, or Agile Delivery.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem, Request).
• Understanding of Agile/SAFe frameworks and hands-on experience working with user stories.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.
• Motivation to learn and grow into ServiceNow and consulting roles.
• Good organizational skills and ability to support multiple streams of work.
• Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Junior Project Manager, or Agile Team Facilitator.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Knowledge of digital workflow platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, BMC, Remedy, etc.).
• Exposure to international or cross-country teams.
