IT Specialist – Core Business Applications (PLM Focus)

Join Meopta as an IT Specialist focused on PLM and enterprise systems, where your technical expertise will directly impact innovation, efficiency, and product lifecycle excellence.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on IT specialist to manage and develop Meopta’s core business applications, with a strong focus on Siemens Teamcenter PLM. You’ll support users, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth integration across CAD, ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administer PLM (Teamcenter): users, workflows, BMIDE, EBOM/MBOM.
Oversee integrations with CAD/ERP/MES.
Support and train users, resolve incidents, maintain documentation.
Configure and maintain internal systems (QMS, DMS, intranet, ticketing).
Collaborate on upgrades, testing, and system improvements.
Monitor infrastructure, ensure compliance and license management.
Requirements:
Experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred) or ERP/MES/QMS.
Knowledge of EBOM/MBOM, workflows, change/version control.
Technical understanding of databases, servers, and integrations.
Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English (B2).
Bonus: scripting (PowerShell/Python), XML/SQL, ISO/IATF experience.

Strong communication across IT and business teams.
Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and drive improvements.
