Pracovní nabídka
We are expanding our B2B function to better serve corporate DACH customers such as hotels, property managers, interior designers, and resellers with our wall art and décor. As a B2B DACH Sales Representative - Outbound, you will play a central role in prospecting, securing new business, managing key accounts, and helping shape our approach to the B2B market in the DACH region. This is a new role and you will report to our Chief Business Officer. You will work from our office in Bor, Czechia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect and build relationships with target customers (hotels, property developers, interior designers and more) with emphasis on large-size deals.
Manage B2B leads: qualify, prepare proposals/quotes, and close deals.
Negotiate pricing, volume discounts, and terms in line with company policies.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM platform.
Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities and support campaigns.
Provide feedback to product, operations, and finance teams to improve B2B offerings.
Contribute to case studies and customer references to build B2B credibility.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (preferably in e-commerce, interior design, hospitality, or wholesale).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage both fast-cycle smaller deals and longer-cycle larger contracts.
Excellent at networking and building long-term relationships.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
You have a results-driven sales mindset, are motivated by targets and energized by a commission-based compensation structure. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. To excel in the role yo're hungry, ambitious, and motivated by sales targets. We believe you're a self-starter who thrives in building something from the ground up where you get to prospect, develop relationships, and close deals.
