We’re on an ambitious journey to reinvent how we grow and create value. As a fast-moving investment and development company focused on high-tech, innovation-driven projects and emerging business opportunities, we’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to work directly with our COO as a trusted partner, strategist, and execution driver.

This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be in the middle of everything that matters: from scaling operations and launching new initiatives to driving transformation across the business. If you’ve cut your teeth in consulting, startups, or other high-growth environments and want to make a real impact from the inside, this is the place.

We’re particularly excited to speak with candidates who are still early in their leadership journey but hungry for responsibility, steep learning curves, and a chance to help shape the direction of a growing company.

What You’ll Do
Work side-by-side with the COO to shape strategy and turn ideas into action.
Lead mission-critical projects – digitizing processes, boosting operational performance, exploring new business models, and optimizing our assets / real estate portfolio.
Translate complex problems into clear decisions and actionable plans.
Keep the company aligned and moving – removing roadblocks and ensuring priorities happen.
Deliver high-impact materials that influence boards, investors, and leadership decisions.
 
Who You Are
3–7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, investment, or a high-growth environment.
Obsessed with solving problems and getting things done.
Communicative, organised, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial by nature – resourceful, creative, and energized by change.
Comfortable wearing many hats and figuring things out as you go.
Fluent in English and Czech
