We are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Prague, which will serve as a strategic hub for our operations across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

To support our growing team in Prague, we are currently seeking an Team Assistant in part-time.

Your main responsibilities include:

Financial Management:

• Process payments and receipts.
• Manage bills and administrative expenses.

Office Management:

• Oversee office supplies, cleanliness, and organization.
• Handle communication with vendors and building management.
• Manage documents and compliance tasks.

Event, Travel, and Hospitality Coordination:

• Plan and organize team and client events.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and dining reservations.

What You Will Bring:

• Fluency in both Czech and English
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• A communicative and detail-oriented personality
• The position is also suitable for students
