Senior Fashion Designer – Women‘s or Men's Streetwear 

Since 1997, Ragwear has been a successful and owner-managed streetwear/streetfashion brand based in Prague. To support our design team, we are looking for a highly motivated and creative women‘s designer with an interest in a long-term, dynamic position in a company for which sustainability is becoming increasingly important.
The Ragwear family is growing! We are looking for a Senior Fashion Designer to take our collections to a new level with innovation and creativity. We are looking for someone who is creative, thinks outside the box, has really good knowledge of the European market and fashion trends.


What you will do in Ragwear:

• Design and develop new and exciting concepts and products for our brand
• Work on initial mood boards, trend and concept ideas and design
• Research the consumer market and identify new trends and areas for the brand.
• Leading on bringing new ideas and pushing innovations to bring to the Head of Product and design team.
• Research into materials, fabrications and components within the market to incorporate into new innovations across product ranges.
• Work in a timely manner, keeping to the critical path with the Head of Product.
• Complete and communicate detailed design handovers to be shared with the development team.
• Adapt to a fast-paced working environment efficiently, whilst keeping organised.

We would love it if you:

• Are passionate about fashion, lifestyle and trends and have a head filled with ideas for Ragwear
• Are well organized, enthusiastic, innovative, creative, cutting edge streetwear designers
• Have a degree in Fashion design and an underlying passion for streetwear
• Have previous experience within the fashion industry for at least 5 years.
• Have very good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and MS Office
• Have good written and spoken English knowledge
• Are a totally creative person, with the ability to think outside the box and create new and exciting products for Ragwear
• Have creativity and attention to detail
