We’re looking for a junior Administrative Support Specialist to assist a dynamic team with day-to-day coordination, organization, and operational support.

Your key responsibilities:

• Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
• Booking rooms and supporting leadership events
• Assisting with onboarding/offboarding of employees
• Organizing travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
• Preparing purchase orders and tracking invoices
• Supporting interviews, team meetings, and vendor coordination

Who we’re looking for:

• Previous experience or internship in administration, coordination, or office support
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
