Are you looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner ? Join our team in Prague.

We are seeking an experienced trusted advisor for people leaders and HR teams who can own the full-cycle recruiting process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding – with a focus on technical roles in manufacturing and engineering.

✈️What you’ll do ?

• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams: Build strong relationships to understand business needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes to ensure timely and high-quality hires.
• Proactively source top talent: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Develop talent pipelines: Create and maintain pipelines for critical roles to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.
• Maintain ATS accuracy: Ensure applicant tracking system is updated with accurate and timely candidate information.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience: Champion a candidate-centric approach throughout the recruitment process to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates: Share recruitment progress, metrics, and insights with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

✈️What we require?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace industries.
• Demonstrable expertise in sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
• Fluent in Czech and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Organizational skills: Exceptional time management and attention to detail
