About the Position

A-direkt s.r.o. is expanding its industrial operations with the construction of a new chemical plant and extraction facility.
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager to lead, organize, and supervise the full project — from design and installation of machinery to plant commissioning and ongoing maintenance.

You will coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring the facility operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise construction and installation of chemical process equipment and systems.

Manage project documentation, budgeting, and timelines.

Coordinate with design and engineering teams on plant layouts and machinery selection.

Oversee maintenance, repairs, and ensure operational continuity of the facility.

Lead technical improvements and optimization of plant performance.

Collaborate closely with management and technical teams to achieve company goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial project management or plant engineering.

Experience in chemical, process, or manufacturing plants preferred.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, and industrial safety.

Fluent in Czech or English (both an advantage).

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

What We Offer

Competitive salary:

💰 Approx. 4,000 EUR net / month
→ equivalent to about 97,000 CZK net,
→ ≈ 135,000 CZK gross per month (in line with Czech payroll rules).
