Job content, powers and responsibilities:

We are looking for a new enthusiastic Head of Sales who will join the new Czech team and will have the chance to be part of the expansion of the Galenika company into czech market and help to establish a good presence in these markets.

• You will identify and pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients with key pharmacy chains and key accounts.
• You will develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, market share and lead tactical sales activities.
• You will provide training and support to your team to help them succeed.
• You will analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game.
• You will formulate appropriate HCP and KOL strategies and leading of tactical communication activities.
• You will participate in hospital tender management.
• You will participate in marketing communication deployments.
• You will be responsible for pharmacy yearly sales targets and bonuses.
• You will be responsible for sales planning and monitoring.
• You will be responsible for consistency of CRM data and field force tracking.
• You will be responsible for cost management and routing optimization.
• You will be responsible for marketing communication compliance with national laws and regulations.
• Other responsibilities as delegated by superiors.

Requirements and skills:

• Experience in managing all financial, sales and marketing activities in a pharmaceutical company
• Proven sales experience, preferably in a managerial role
• Experience in managing sales operations in the pharmaceutical industry
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking, advanced communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Driving license - B category
