As a Press Fleet and Event Support Specialist, you will support our customers’s press and event operations by managing vehicle logistics, warehouse tasks, and on-site coordination. Your responsibilities will include:

Possible tasks in this role

· Coordinate transport and handling of press vehicles, including preparation, service, washing, and scrapping

· Manage warehouse operations: goods receipt, inventory, equipment handling, and event-related logistics

· Plan and execute press events, including vehicle scheduling, agency coordination, and on-site support

· Operate and maintain studio lighting and AV equipment for media productions (e.g., Studio E6)

· Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, contract management, and vehicle software updates

· Act as the main contact for internal teams, PR, service departments, and external partners

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high service quality standards

· Respond flexibly to dynamic event requirements, including weekend and ad-hoc support

Qualification requirements

· Experience in event logistics, vehicle handling, or warehouse operations

· Familiarity with automotive processes and press fleet management

· Proficiency in IT systems (e.g., VW network)

· Willingness to work weekends during events

· Occupational safety training
