Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment coordination process, ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Manage offer letter creation, background checks, and employment documentation in line with compliance policies.
• Act as the pre-boarding country specialist, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and candidates globally.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality across all HR systems.
• Contribute to process improvement and administrative excellence within the Global TA team.

What You’ll Bring

• University degree (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or an administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global stakeholders.
• Fluent English and ideally Romanian.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel is a plus).
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems is an advantage.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Remote
• 12 months employment contract with a possibilty of extension
