We’re looking for Revenue & Commercial Analyst who can turn data into insights and action. In this role, you’ll help uncover growth opportunities, improve customer journeys, and ensure Twisto delivers value. Your future challenges:

• Work closely with our Commercial Manager to drive revenues, identify opportunities, and improve business performance by collaborating with Marketing, Product, Risk, Data, & Finance teams
• Support the Commercial Manager in tracking and improving revenue streams, transaction value, and customer acquisition.
• Analyse commercial performance data to identify growth opportunities and propose actionable initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Risk, Finance, Sales) to align commercial goals with business strategy.
• Assist in building and monitoring key KPIs and dashboards that measure business performance.
• Participate in preparing business cases for new initiatives, including product enhancements and pricing strategies.
• Support merchant and partner relationships by providing insights and performance updates.

Requirements:

• Degree in economics, finance, management, data, math, marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years in analysis, consulting, finance, sales, or similar
• Strong commercial & financial analysis skills (KPIs, CAC, LTV, margins, business cases)
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, big-picture thinker
• Advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL a plus
• Clear communicator, able to present insights to stakeholders
• Experience with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance, sales)
• Proactive, curious, growth-minded
• Czech Language is a must + English (B2+)

Nice to have:

• Experience with pricing strategies, product launches, or commercial initiatives
• Familiarity with CRM or sales systems
• Knowledge of payments, BNPL, or consumer finance
• Background in fintech, e-commerce, or digital services
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
