Our client, a global leader in supply chain and logistics software is seeking a skilled professional to join its Prague-based team. The company offers a comprehensive suite of solutions for warehouse management, custom software development, and AI-driven optimization. As part of the project team, you’ll contribute to the enhancement and support of cutting-edge logistics products, particularly a successful warehouse management system. You’ll collaborate with both national and international clients, helping to refine solutions that improve efficiency and performance across supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on diverse projects for well-known clients across various industries.
• Develop tailored software solutions based on specific customer needs.
• Interpret specifications and proposals to define programming tasks independently.
• Design and optimize business workflows and intelligence processes.
• Contribute to software enhancement concepts and system interface design.
• Advance logistics solutions that are system- and database-independent.
• Support testing and commissioning at client sites.
• Integrate AI-based development tools and methodologies into daily work.

Qualifications:

• Completed training or degree in IT, or equivalent experience.
• Open to career changers with relevant software development experience.
• Proficient in C++, willing to learn others (e.g., Cobol).
• Ideally experienced with databases.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and motivation.
• Proactive in adopting AI-supported development techniques.
