Are you ready to make an impact in the world of payments and procurement? We are searching for two talented individuals to join us in the role of Senior Associate, Payments for EMEA.

As a Senior Associate, Payments at Johnson & Johnson, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring our regional Global Services (GS) Procurement Payments & Experience team delivers exceptional results. This role isn’t just about managing processes — it’s about shaping how we support our business objectives and creating a seamless experience for our partners. In this position, you’ll work directly with the business, our GS Procurement Source-to-Contract team, and the broader procurement network. Your insights and efforts will help us streamline operations, enhance user satisfaction, and stay compliant with policies and regulations. You’ll be a key contributor, applying your practical knowledge of payments to support our organization’s strategy, all while working under moderate supervision.

You will be responsible for:

• Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Payments function. Delivering based upon the agree SLAs and ensuring policy, tax, local and legal statutory compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple departments in the development and execution of strategies and plans that improve the organizations profitability and competitive position, utilizing market intelligence and risk assessments.
• Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned area of responsibility.
• Supports development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned area of responsibility.
• Create Value by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners and peers with a view to pro-actively understand and constructively influence their needs and expectations.
• Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership
• Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Qualification/Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or a similar business area
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change
• Basic understanding of sourcing, contracting, and source-to-settle processes is a plus
• Experience working in a shared services environment is preferred
• Familiarity with requisition-to-pay and source-to-settle operations is an advantage
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); fluency in another language as Italian, Spanish or German is a plus
