Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of the company’s financial agenda, with active participation in strategic management and development.
• Responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial statements, and audits.
• Oversight of controlling, reporting, and optimization of financial processes and costs.
• Implementation and development of ICT and ERP systems, including process centralization and optimization across the group.
• Communication with key stakeholders (banks, auditors, authorities) and ensuring legal and tax compliance.
• Leadership of the finance department, including mentoring, development of subordinates, and building an effective team structure.

Requirements:

• University degree in economics or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in senior financial positions in manufacturing companies
• Advanced knowledge of controlling tools and financial management including risk management
• Expert knowledge in treasury, cash flow management, and financial planning
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management
• ERP knowledge – ideally SAP S4/HANA
