EU MARKETING DEPARTMENT

The European marketing department is overseeing all activities for European markets, supporting main country partners with needed materials, preparing promotional campaigns, oversees event presence, online communication and advertising,

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a highly motivated, responsible and proactive candidate looking to be part of our European team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, a Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of various marketing activities, both online and offline primarily for European markets. You’ll collaborate closely with our global marketing and sales teams to ensure our brand is consistently and effectively communicated across all channels, with the focus on B2B level.

The successful candidate will embody the ARB brand: have an adventurous mindset and be passionate about all things automotive and will display initiative and creativity in personally contributing to marketing concepts. The position is based at our main Sales & Distribution Centre in Prague, Czech Republic home for the ARB Europe sales, marketing and technical staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional campaigns on B2B and B2C level
• Manage, create and update content for the website, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Help manage online advertising
• Coordinate the production of promotional materials (brochures, flyers, ads, merchandise, event materials etc.)
• Support the organization of events, trade shows, and webinars
• Prepare and adjust product releases for European markets
• Track campaign and activity performance and generate regular reports and insights
• Work with external vendors and partners (e.g., designers, printers, dealers, content creators)
• Support dealers with content requests (pictures, videos, product releases)
• Coordinate dealer incentive programs with suppliers and dealers
• Provide marketing support for sales team
• Daily collaboration with other departments (sales, customer service, tech, warehouse)
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials
• Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field not mandatory, but of advantage
• Consumer product experience in B2B and automotive industry preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills - strong prioritization skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language (German, French, Spanish, Italian) will be of advantage but is not mandatory. Czech language is not required, but very useful.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CMS (e.g., WordPress) is a big advantage
• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Strong communicational skills; creative, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus
• Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and digital analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
• On-site position in our Prague offices with limited remote flexibility
