For our client – international group operating in various segments of the market - we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director with experience in services / constructions / real estate.

This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing diverse property portfolios, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Partner with the executive team to set strategic goals and ensure operational plans align with the company's overarching objectives.

Project Oversight
Manage and control the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget constraints.

Team & Vendor Management:
Lead, motivate, and coordinate internal teams and external vendors, fostering collaboration to achieve project milestones.

Performance Monitoring:
Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly review project progress, crew performance, and production rates.

Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and leverage technology for improved property and construction management.

Qualifications:

University degree Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Progressive experience in operations management, with a significant focus on the services / construction / real estate sectors.

Demonstrated experience in managing property portfolios.

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent Czech or Slovak and English is a must.
