Finance Controller 💼

We are looking for a Finance Controller to join our team and support the Finance Manager in all key financial processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is detail-oriented, and wants to gain experience in a multinational environment.

What you will do:

• Handle full-cycle accounting: general ledger, payables, receivables, and monthly closings
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and other statutory tax filings 🧾
• Take care of export/import documentation and perform BA\&BS reconciliations
• Manage daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
• Analyze inventory levels and cost of goods sold 📊
• Process intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate collections (including cheques and bonds)
• Work closely with external payroll and bookkeeping providers
• Support in preparing balance sheets and year-end closings
• Assist during statutory audits and liaise with auditors and tax consultants
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and statutory regulations ✅
• Maintain accounting systems and documentation for accurate and timely reporting

What you should bring 💡

• At least 3 years of progressive accounting or controlling experience, preferably in a multinational company
• Experience with internal or external audits
• Analytical mindset and ability to connect numbers with business insights
• Solid knowledge of accounting systems and reporting tools
• Good English skills for daily communication (Russian is a plus) 🌍
