Your Role

• As an HR Operations Expert, you will coordinate and deliver a wide range of HR services and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Your work will directly support employees and managers, helping them focus on what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for HR services, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Manage and resolve service requests, collaborating with experts where needed.
• Prepare and present HR data and reports to supervisors.
• Support HR projects at country and business unit level.

What We’re Looking For

• German language skills at B2 level and fluent English.
• Previous experience in HR operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong service orientation, teamwork, and proactive communication skills.
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• A mindset focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
