We are seeking an experienced and highly driven General Manager - Sales to drive renewed growth to our Czech business.

Key Responsibilities

Execute corporate plans in line with defined strategy and objectives.
Lead sales initiatives, ensuring strong product knowledge and driving acquisition of new affiliates and members.
Set marketing goals, oversee campaigns, and promote the company’s products awareness.
Support digital transformation projects to modernize sales and improve operations efficiency.
Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications & Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
Strong background in direct sales.
Fluency in Czech and English at a professional business level (both spoken and written).
Advanced computer literacy.
