Restaurant Manager (Grill Restaurant, Prague – City Center)
Location: Prague 1 (city center)
Employment type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Manage the team (waitstaff, bar, kitchen): recruitment, training, motivation, scheduling.
• Ensure service quality and compliance with guest service standards.
• Handle customer relations: resolve issues, maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Cooperate with suppliers and monitor the quality of products (focus on meat and beverages).
• Manage inventory, place orders, and conduct stocktaking.
• Work with reservation and POS systems, prepare financial and operational reports.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives: promotions, events, cooperation with influencers and media.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and Czech legislation requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role (experience in European or American cuisine, steakhouses, or grill restaurants is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant service standards.
• Ability to work with POS and reservation systems.

Language requirements:

• Czech (minimum B2)
• English (fluent)
• Ukrainian (mandatory)
• Russian or another language is an advantage.

• Stress resistance, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Conditions: 60,000 – 80,000 CZK (gross) + bonuses (depending on experience).
