We are looking for an HR Specialist/Generalist to become a key part of our HR department.
You'll handle a wide range of HR processes, from payroll administration and employee records to recruitment and seamless onboarding/offboarding.
What you'll be doing:
HR Administration and Records: You'll ensure accurate employee and contractor records and prepare data for payroll.
Recruitment and Onboarding: You'll manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job ads, communicating with candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth start for new team members.
HR Operations: You'll be responsible for the efficient coordination and execution of our HR processes in a dynamic environment.
Who we're looking for:
An Experienced Professional: You have at least 3 years of experience in HR and can work independently.
An Organizational Talent: You are highly organized and have excellent communication skills.
Proactive and Capable: You can work proactively and manage multiple tasks at once.
Payroll Knowledge: Experience with payroll preparation is a big plus.
Language Skills: You are fluent in Czech or Slovak and English.
