What You’ll Do

As the Local Marketing Coordinator, you’ll manage marketing activation tasks and bridge communication between regional teams and the local market. You’ll:

• Manage B2B Marketing Initiatives: Lead loyalty programs for installers, execute sales-boosting campaigns, and support local area managers with installer engagement.
• Drive Brand Excellence: Ensure brand guardianship, communication consistency, and identity across all channels.
• Coordinate Marketing Activities: Adapt and localize regional campaigns, plan and execute events for our Professional Target Groups
• Provide Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends and competitors, offering insights to tailor strategies to local needs.
• Oversee Budgets: Assist with budget planning, spending tracking, and forecasting to ensure effective resource management.
• Content Management: Ensure all materials comply with GDPR, handle consents, and oversee quality assurance for marketing assets.
• Collaborate with External Agencies: Brief and manage external agencies for graphics, photo editing, video editing, and promotional materials.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Experience:A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B marketing.

Skills & Competencies:

• Fluency in Czech (or Slovak) and English.
• Proficiency in online marketing, social media, and trade marketing (POS management, event planning).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional networks.
• Creative and skilled in copywriting, photo/video editing, and graphic design.
• Knowledge of Hubspot and Sitecore is a plus.
• Knowledge of Slovak language is an advantage
• Personal Attributes:Self-initiator with a proactive mindset.
• Team player with a pragmatic and problem-solving approach.
• Deep understanding of the Czech & Slovak markets.
