Do you want to be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge network solutions? Within our Network Services team at Kyndryl, you will be the go-to expert for providing top-of-the-line technical solutions throughout the entire solution lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating local and wide-area network solutions that utilize multiple platforms and protocols, ensuring that our customers have the best possible network infrastructure to support their business needs.

This role involves a 24/7 support shift model with 8-hour rotations, without on-call duties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Solving complex incidents ranging from LAN/WAN, SD-LAN/SD-WAN, Load balancers, Firewalls, Wireless, Security technologies
• Implementing diverse types of changes.
• Interpreting intricate scenarios for your peers and customers.
• Building stronger network infrastructures and being a part of a team who is changing the world.
• Cooperating extensively with global 3rd parties’ suppliers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 2 years of working experience in Networking
• Proven knowledge, experience in troubleshooting, switching, routing
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• CCNA or equivalent, JNCP, other vendor certifications
• Hands on F5 or Citrix ADC
• Experience with Checkpoint, Juniper, Fortigate, Cisco ASA or Palo Alto devices
• Experience of Network security, WAN, WI-FI, etc.
• Working knowledge of ITIL - Incident, Problem and Change Management.
