Junior Legal Counsel

We are looking for a new colleague to join our legal team as a Junior Legal Counsel. This role combines legal advisory and compliance responsibilities with corporate governance and secretarial support. A key focus will be providing legal input to transformation projects and ensuring smooth collaboration across the business and with external advisors.

What you will do:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts; conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Support corporate governance processes – preparation of board/committee materials, statutory filings, and maintenance of compliance registers.
• Monitor compliance, support the development of internal policies, and contribute to training activities.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain legal templates, registers, and systems to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on strategic projects.

What we expect from you:

• Law degree with 1–3 years of experience in a legal or corporate governance environment (in-house or law firm).
• Knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, or company secretarial practice.
• Previous experience with transformation, M&A, or reorganization projects is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a fast-paced, international, and change-driven environment.
