As a key player in our supply chain, you'll help align supply with market demand, optimize inventory, and ensure product availability across the CEE region. This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations—shaping forecasts, driving key decisions, and making an impact on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and customer satisfaction.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Develop and maintain 12-month item-level demand forecasts
• Analyze trends and collaborate with Sales & Marketing on demand drivers
• Lead planning meetings with Key Account Managers
• Coordinate product launches and stock levels with factories
• Manage seasonal campaigns
• Reduce overstocks and expired inventory
• Ensure accurate data entry in SAP and support continuous improvements

What knowledge and skills are required?

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, or a related field
• At least 1 years of experience in supply chain, ideally in FMCG
• Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with SAP/Cognos/IBP/APO is a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• A collaborative spirit
• A strategic thinker who’s goal-oriented, adaptable, and solution-focused
