Job Description:

The Accountant is responsible for managing the daily accounting operations of holding entities and supporting accurate, timely financial reporting. Key duties include preparing reconciliations, assisting with month-end and year-end closings, and contributing to the preparation of financial statements. The position involves close collaboration with auditors, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and supporting planning and management reporting. Additionally, the role contributes to process improvements, automation projects, and ERP system enhancements.

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations for the holding entities
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Prepare reconciliations (bank, intercompany, balance sheet accounts) and resolve discrepancies
• Support preparation of financial statements
• Assist in collaboration with auditors
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies and internal controls
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and ERP enhancement
• Provide support in planning and management reporting as needed
