We are present not only in Czech Republic, but also along 15 other countries.

For our KGM team, we are looking for our newest member for Business Development Manager position.

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

• Operative steering and support of the Czech KGM Dealer Network in terms of new car sales,
• stock management, regional marketing, quality, customer satisfaction and processes
• Monitoring and follow up of Dealers‘ KPIs and targets achievement
• Monitoring competitive activities and pricing and sharing this information with AWD
• Defining and implementing remedial performance and quality measures
• Regular physical visits of the Czech KGM dealers
• Contribution on further growth of KGM new car sales and on an expansion of the Czech
• KGM dealer network
• Participation on the invoicing and credit note process
• Reporting
• Advising and coaching KGM dealers on their day to day activities and reporting to AWD on
• their progress
• Arranging that the dealers are participating on the sales trainings defined by AWD and/or
• the manufacturer
• Review and audit of the standards defined by AWD and/or the manufacturer
• Helping the importer to optimalise its business processes and communication on the Czech
• market

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (ideally with dealer network
• management, sales management, or B2B sales).
• Ability to communicate in English, both in written and spoken form, for interaction with the
• headquarters
• Valid category B driving license.
• Strong sales skills and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to analyse data and translate it into concrete action plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Independence, ability to motivate partners, and enforce company strategy.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Czech Republic.
