Are you ready to be part of a dynamic and international environment in the pharmaceutical industry? Pharmexon is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Business Development activities and help us grow our successful business.
As a Sales Assistant, you will work closely with our Business Development Executive team and serve as their right hand.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation of contracts, proposals, quotes, forms, and other key documents
Keeping our systems updated to ensure smooth and accurate communication between departments
Organizing and tracking important project budgeting for invoicing
Issuing invoices and coordinate with clients and their finance teams to ensure timely processing
Providing Statements of Accounts and monitoring outstanding payments
Preparation of quarterly departmental reports and conducting sales analysis
We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic business environment.

What We Require:
Good command of English & Czech (both spoken and written)
Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
