Role reports to: EMEA Source to Contract Senior Manager

What you will do

Kenvue is currently looking for Sourcing Specialist w/Italian, to join our team in Prague for a fixed-term, 1 year contract, with possible extension afterwards.

The Sourcing Specialist will support sourcing and contracting activities across delegated spend within relevant procurement categories. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of primary experience in sourcing or procurement, or experience in areas working closely with sourcing such as R2P, finance, or legal, and fluency in English and Italian language.

Key Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions and manage relationships with requestors
• Manage the full end-to-end sourcing process within delegated spend
• Organize sourcing events, evaluate results, negotiate terms, and engage suppliers
• Ensure supplier performance in terms of service, quality, and delivery
• Resolve supplier inquiries, disputes, and payment discrepancies
• Manage contract execution, approval workflows, and archiving in CLM system
• Negotiate full contract terms in line with Kenvue policy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and business teams
• Drive compliance and support category leads on regional projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in sourcing or procurement OR experience in R2P, legal, or finance roles working closely with procurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with ERP/SRM systems

Desired Qualifications

• Indirect procurement experience in a multinational company
• Additional European language(s)
• Experience with contract lifecycle or sourcing platforms
