CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD ENGINEER

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Field Engineer to join our team. Your role will involve delivering after-sales services, including inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs and technical troubleshooting. On site, you will oversee clients and subcontractors, while in the office you will manage intervention planning, administration, debriefings and helpdesk support.

ABOUT THE JOB

As our Customer Service Field Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Managers to prepare and plan service interventions.
• Coordinate on-site service interventions, including meetings, safety training, job safety analysis and risk assessments.
• Execute or supervise service interventions, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems, adjust combustion settings with emission measurements and ensure all maintained parts undergo a thorough functional check.
• Manage all necessary documentation and ensure compliancy to safety and quality regulations.
• Provide remote client support via the helpdesk and manage records in the CRM system.

ABOUT YOU

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

• Hold a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or bring equivalent experience.
• Have experience in technical services or project execution on site.
• Combine strong organizational skills with a customer-oriented mindset and a proactive personality.
• Be willing to travel and work abroad about 60 % of the time (max. 5 days/week, Monday-Friday)
• Be fluent in English and Czech.
