Pracovní nabídka

Duties:

Issuing invoices and tax documents, including matching them with incoming payments.
Recording and managing financial documentation in compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements.
Communicating with clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
Digitizing and archiving documents in the internal system for further processing and storage.
Providing administrative support to the team as needed, including ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

Russian language is required, English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken);
Experience in this profession from one year;
Knowledge of PC and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at a high level;
Knowledge of the procedure for concluding contracts and the procedure for maintaining business documentation;
Quick typing skills;
Analytical mind;
Stress resistance;
Ability to prioritize.
