HR Business Partner – Automotive

Based in France, Novares is a global supplier of plastic solutions that designs and manufactures complex components and systems that serve the future of the automotive industry.

About the Role

We have established a new greenfield operation in the automotive industry and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building the HR function from the ground up, shaping organizational culture, and supporting the successful launch and growth of the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to site management, providing guidance on all people-related matters.
• Support the setup of HR processes and policies for a greenfield manufacturing environment.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent.
• Partner with line managers on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and corporate HR standards.
• Drive initiatives to build a strong company culture, employee engagement, and talent development.
• Support change management during the plant’s ramp-up phase.

Your Profile

• Proven HR generalist/business partner experience, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Experience in greenfield/start-up projects is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, hands-on, and in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluent in English; local language skills are an advantage.
