Position Overview:
As the Event Manager for our upcoming Piano Bar in Prague, you will be responsible for curating and executing memorable events that blend live music performances, exquisite dining, and a vibrant atmosphere. This role is pivotal in establishing our venue as a premier destination for private gatherings, corporate functions, brand activation and themed nights. You will collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event delivery, from initial client inquiries to post-event follow-ups. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and passionate about the hospitality and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including live music nights, private parties, corporate events, and special promotions.
Connect with clients to understand their needs, customize event packages, and manage budgets, timelines, and logistics.
Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, bar, and music performers) and external vendors (edecorators, etc) to ensure high-quality execution.
Promote events through internal channels and partnerships to drive attendance and revenue.
Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future events.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and venue policies in Prague.
Handle on-site event management, troubleshooting issues in real-time to maintain guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience (at least 3 years) in event management within hospitality, entertainment, or similar venues.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Czech and English is required (additional languages are a plus)
