Junior Designer -- Talent Pool

Since 1997, Ragwear has been a successful and owner-managed streetwear/streetfashion brand based in Prague. To support our design team, we are looking for a highly motivated and creative junior designer with an interest in a long-term, dynamic position in a company for which sustainability is becoming increasingly important.

The Ragwear family is growing! We are looking for a Junior Designer to take our collections to a new level with innovation and creativity. We are looking for someone who is creative, thinks outside the box, has really good knowledge of the European market and fashion trends.
 
 
What you will do in Ragwear:

• Assist in the creation and development of seasonal collections,
• Prepare and update style worksheets with all necessary technical details,
• Research the consumer market and identify new trends and areas for the brand,
• Collaborate with the design and product development teams to ensure designs meet brand standards,
• Support in preparing technical packs for suppliers,
• Assist in reviewing samples and ensuring they meet design specifications,
• Adapt to a fast-paced working environment efficiently, whilst keeping organised.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fashion company (internships may also be considered),
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator,
• Have a degree in Fashion design and an underlying passion for streetwear,
• Good understanding of creating and maintaining style worksheets,
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
