In this role, you will be the driving force behind our compliance agenda, ensuring that our activities across countries meet legal requirements, internal policies, and company values. We are looking for someone who not only understands regulations but is also ready to take a hands-on approach, develop policies, and support the business directly.

What will be your role?

• Coordinate client onboarding and product implementation projects.
• Ensure smooth delivery of cross-departmental initiatives and requests.
• Support project managers with planning, tracking progress, and reporting.
• Organize stakeholder meetings, prepare documentation, and follow up on decisions.
• Act as the go-to person for our internal Project Management System.

You might be a perfect fit, if you have:

• Experience in a coordination or project support role (this is a must-have).
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A proactive approach with excellent time management.
• Experience with business processes or project methodologies (Prince2, PMP) is a plus.
• English at C1 level (spoken and written).

Contract type: This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for 1 year.
