A dynamic investment company is searching for an Office Manager, who is prepared to grow within the company. Opportunities are endless, sky's the limit.
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably finance, economy)
- Fluent in Czech and English both written & oral, min. C level
- Ideally previous experience in an admin world of fast growing environment, a big plus is from an investment company
- Analytical skills (yes, math)
- Proactivity, flexibility, independence
- Every day in the office (HO few days, upon agreement not regularly)
- Ambitious person, professional business behaviour, self-confident
- Excellent mature communication skills
- Project management skills is a plus
Duties:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Prague office &colleagues on business trip in Europe
- Managing a team of 4 office assistants and receptionists
- Cooperation with the company management, preparation of documents and administrative support to the management (NDAs, basic law templates etc.)
- Continuously working to improve administrative processes within the team
- Managing relationships with suppliers and external providers of office equipment and services and overseeing all office supplies and services
- HR agenda of the team up to 10 people
- Managing the company's infrastructure (office, fleet, IT) and monitoring costs in these areas
- Working closely with the Financial Manager & finance team on accounting reports, filing etc.
- Cooperation and support on the expansion of the company in new markets
- Direct reporting to the managing partner + cooperation with 2 other heads
