Job Description:

The Junior Project Manager will assist in managing construction projects, supporting the overall quality, time, and cost goals.
Key responsibilities include coordinating project documentation at various stages, assisting with permitting processes, and providing support to the Procurement Department in reviewing procurement documentation. The Junior Project Manager will also help track construction work, ensuring compliance with project documentation, and participate in meetings with customers to assist with implementing required changes.

• Managing and organizing construction project documentation throughout all required stages.
• Assisting in overseeing permitting processes in collaboration with senior team members.
• Supporting the Procurement Department by preparing and reviewing procurement documentation and ensuring compliance with project bid documentation.
• Monitoring construction work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with project specifications.
• Attending meetings with customers and assisting in implementing required changes.
• Identifying solutions with senior managers to improve quality and reduce costs during the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure project objectives are met under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
