About the Role:

This is not your typical financial controller position. As the Financial Controller, you’ll step into a rapidly evolving environment where established processes are limited, and your vision will help lay the foundation for financial excellence. You’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, collaborating directly with senior leadership to ensure AutoBinck CZ’s financial success and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and implement best-in-class processes and structures to support our growth.
• Deliver actionable insights and analysis to guide senior management in strategic decision-making.
• Establish a financial framework that is efficient, scalable, and tech-forward.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standard of integrity.
• Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking an ambitious and self-motivated professional who thrives in environments that require a proactive, problem-solving approach. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organization.
• A track record of building or restructuring financial processes in evolving business environments.
• A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for modernizing workflows through technology and innovation.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and analysis.
• Solid English and Czech communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Czech financial regulations (a strong plus).
• A hands-on attitude and the ability to navigate uncertainty while driving results.
