The Global HR Process & Operations Lead is a pivotal role that ensures seamless delivery of human resources services across a global organization. This individual will oversee critical HR functions, including global payroll and benefits administration, data integrity, and the development of HR dashboards and global compensation practices. They will also spearhead human resources administration processes to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, compliance, and employee satisfaction. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset and a strong capacity for operational execution in a fast-paced, international environment with the ability to get into details.
Location: Prague (we have a lovely office on Staromestske namesti).
