About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate with minimal legal experience to gain hands-on exposure across a broad range of legal functions in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct legal support to the Lead Counsel across Procurement, Finance, Company Secretariat (COSEC), HR, and Trademarks.
• Assist in preparing for vendor contract negotiations, including background research, drafting support and preliminary contract reviews of various vendor contracts (NDA, DPA, MSA, SLA, License Agreements).
• Supporting contract lifecycle management activities including check of compliance with internal policies and playbooks.
• Collaborate with the Vendor Management Specialist to provide legal input during vendor onboarding (incl. due diligence) and offboarding processes.
• Support COSEC administration tasks such as maintaining corporate records and assisting with governance documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate with external law firms and notaries supporting our operations worldwide.

What We’re Looking For :

• Recent graduate with a degree in Law or similar
• Strong interest in commercial, corporate, and contract law.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Independent contributor but a team player willing to go beyond to help other team members (e.g. M&A, Sales, Data Privacy).
• Fluency in English; Czech/Slovak language required , additional languages are a plus.
