We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will lead strategic product initiatives and manage complex product areas within our Toll product. In this role, you will be responsible for defining long-term product vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery of scalable solutions that maximize business value and enhance the customer experience.

Our Product: EW Toll
EW Toll (Eurowag) provides a European Electronic Toll System (EETS) solution, particularly for commercial vehicles traveling across Europe. This solution uses an on-board unit (OBU) called EVA, which facilitates toll payments on toll roads and bridges without the need for stops at the borders. This solution provides flawless Europe travels with the best customer experience by combining a variety of EW products.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
• Proven track record of managing complex digital products and large-scale initiatives
• Experience working in agile environments, across multiple cross-functional teams
• Expertise in product lifecycle management, discovery practices, and lean product development
• Experience in Leading Product Migrations
• Experience in leading go-to-market efforts and product launches
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, GA4
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices and customer journey mapping
• Business acumen with an understanding of pricing models and product monetization strategies

What You'll Do:

• Define and drive the long-term product strategy and ensure alignment with Eurowag’s strategic goals
• Own large-scale product initiatives, managing product roadmaps and ensuring delivery across multiple teams
• Define key success metrics for individual products to ensure that the profitability and success of the product is being measured and evaluated from the launch
• Own prioritisation of backlog user stories within the given product domain
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Engineering, and Marketing, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product plans
• Lead discovery and validation processes through customer interviews, user research, and data analysis
• Manage go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams
• Define and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics to measure product performance and guide future iterations
• Mentor and support Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts, fostering best practices and ensuring consistency in product processes
• Lead cross-functional alignment workshops, product demos, and executive briefings
