Are you passionate about e-commerce, digital operations, and creating impactful online experiences? Join our DTC team and help shape our company’s digital presence! As part of a global organization with a highly attractive portfolio of small domestic appliances and cookware, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and systems.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the operation of our e-commerce platforms, coordinate updates, and ensure functionality through testing and validation.
• Track performance of all store mechanisms – products, promotions, logistics, payments, orders – and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Collect requirements for new features, evaluate potential solutions, coordinate implementation, and manage related budgets.
• Supervise the creation, updates, and monitoring of product feeds.
• Report, coordinate, and help resolve issues raised by internal or customer users.
• Ensure smooth cooperation between store platforms and external tools (WMS, OMS, payments, invoicing, accounting, analytics, customer care).
• Manage the backlog across several e-shops, prioritize tasks, and set up effective processes to keep projects on track.
• Manage budgeting and technical support expenses of the store.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Solid understanding of how e-commerce works and how different platforms, tools, and processes interact.
• You should have a good grasp of system architecture, integrations, and data flows. Experience as a "power user" or platform administrator is ideal. Developers looking to move into a more managerial/coordination-focused role will also find this a great fit.
• Strong initiative to drive discussions, set up processes and push projects forward. You should be comfortable preparing information for technical meetings, asking the right questions, and ensuring progress is made.
• Ability to plan, implement, and scale processes across systems and departments (logistics, customer service, finance, etc.).
• Knowledge of e-commerce-related regulations (e.g. GDPR, Omnibus Directive, Distance Selling Acts) and ability to spot compliance-sensitive areas.
• Ability to analyze and report on key performance indicators.
• Czech/Slovak and English at a professional level.
