General Manager – Drunken Monkey Pub Crawl & Bar
Drunken Monkey is one of Prague's most recognized nightlife and tour brands, running since 2011.
We're hiring a full-time General Manager to lead operations for our nightly pub crawl, in-house bar,
and to collaborate with our boat tour manager. You'll work behind the scenes during the day and
keep things running smoothly at night — even when you're not physically there.

Responsibilities:
• Staff Scheduling & Management: Organize guide and bar staff shifts, handle no-shows, and ensure coverage.
• Tour Route Coordination: Confirm nightly club/bar partners along the crawl route.
• Bar Inventory Oversight: Track and order stock for our in-house bar.
• Sales Monitoring: Review bar and tour sales daily, flag issues, and report trends.
• Communication: Coordinate with the Boat Tour Manager and occasionally the Drunken Monkey Hostel team.
• Problem Solving: Handle small repairs, guest issues, and operational hiccups.
• Training & Supervision: You'll train alongside the team at night at first, but the role is primarily daytime,
with evening availability by phone.
• Team Culture: Help build a fun, social environment where staff and guests thrive.

The Setup:
• Bar opens daily at 12:00 PM
• 8–11 PM: Pub Crawl Open Bar
• 11 PM–2 AM: Cash Bar
• Monday Staff Meeting: Includes free food (pizza, wings, etc.)

Languages Required:
• English (conversational or better)
• Czech (enough to handle staff, suppliers, and local partners)

You Are:
• Young (or young at heart), social, and high-energy
• Reliable, organized, and cool under pressure
• Skilled at on-the-spot decisions
• Able to balance fun with responsibility

Employment: Full-time (Minimum 1-year commitment)
